What areas do you serve?
The Cellar Master is based in Colorado Springs and works with clients throughout Colorado by arrangement, including Denver, Castle Rock, Monument, Parker, Boulder, Aspen, and Vail. Availability, venue requirements, and any travel-related costs are confirmed during consultation.
How do I book a consultation?
Complete the online consultation form. Your initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary and includes brainstorming about your ideal service. Danielle will respond within two business days.
Do you currently offer wine travel?
Danielle is not currently hosting wine travel. The goal is to gather a group of 8–10 adults and choose a classic wine region for spring 2027. Select Spring 2027 Wine Travel Interest on the consultation form, and Danielle will respond within two business days.
How much do services cost?
Fees vary based on the number of people, venue, catering, bottle selection, sourcing, logistics, and the scope of service. Danielle will make every reasonable effort to work within a thoughtful budget.
Do you host private tastings?
Yes. Complete the consultation form with your occasion, guest count, location, and desired experience. Danielle will respond within two business days to discuss your ideas.
Do you work with restaurants and hospitality teams?
Restaurant and hospitality inquiries are welcome. Depending on the project, services may include wine education, pairing guidance, staff learning, beverage support, or custom events. Scope and availability are confirmed during consultation.
Can you help build or manage a cellar?
Yes. Services can include ordering wine, spirits, beer, and sake; sourcing rare bottles and vintages; organizing and managing a cellar; reviewing a collection; and supporting appraisal or valuation needs for private insurance documentation.
Can you help source rare wines?
Yes. Danielle can help identify and source rare bottles or specific vintages based on availability, provenance, goals, and budget.
How does the Wine Club work?
The Wine Club releases four times each year. Danielle personally selects wines based on market traction, value, quality, and gems she finds on the market. Membership options are $120 for 3 bottles and $250 for 6 bottles.
Can businesses hire The Cellar Master?
Yes. Corporate events, client entertainment, employee experiences, education, pairings, and private group tastings can be customized around the business, venue, group, and purpose of the event.
Do I need wine knowledge before booking?
No. Danielle’s philosophy is to bring warmth, love, and care for wine, spirits, beer, and sake in an approachable format. Services can be tailored to complete beginners, experienced collectors, or professional hospitality teams.
